Round is a Shape!

Today, in an effort not to fall asleep during the afternoon games and mess off any sort of bedtime, I took Addy on a walk around the apartment complex.  My intent was to do 30 mins solid, which would be two trips around.  And hopefully Addy would be asleep when she was done (she doesn’t really have a bedtime).

But I only made it the one trip around.  I am soooo out of shape.  I’ve lost the baby weight and but I’m not in pre-baby shape.  I don’t think I could have ever run a mile in 5 minutes.  But I would walk the track at the middle school or go down the trail with Brownlee.  And when I was pregnant I would eat healthy and do some walking.  Now I’m winded after throwing Addy in the air a few times.  She’s only 16 pounds! I need to do something.

I think a week or two ago when we finally got out of the daily 100 degree temperatures I made some sort of statement about getting out and doing things.  Then we went to the park that Saturday and then…well I never did anything.  I have to do something this week.

Someone make me.

  1. Bre’ Bre’, I’ll be your accountability partner. If you commit to doing some sort of activity for 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, I’ll call and encourage you and check on your progress. It will also help me stay on track with my own exercise routine. Deal?

    1. That sounds like a deal! Cause 2 walks around the complex would be 30 mins. Or me and Addy could walk around City Centre or the mall if its too warm.
