#WTFour

The hashtag was going to be #thisisfour but then Addy did something that made me say WTF and that’s how hashtags are born.

#wtfour

Seriously #WTFour

Lately Brownlee has been amazed at the conversations you have with a four year old.  For instance:

Me: {on the phone}
Addy: Daddy who is Mommy talking to?
Me: I’m calling the party place but…
Addy: I was talking to Daddy. Daddy who is Mommy talking to?

And that’s why you say #WTFour,  I couldn’t swing around and pop her in the mouth because I had ninja turtles cupcakes in my lap.

Yes this year was a basic theme of Ninja Turtles and now we have all kinds of turtle goodies in the house to contrast against the Frozen sheets and Sofia castle on the twin bed.

So of course next up is the whole where are we going to live and where is she going to go to real school.  And I’m not ready of course.  I will not be moving to the outskirts of town.  I will not be opting for different learning environments.  I’m of the “I went to HISD, she can go to HISD” and I mean that’s just how it’s going to be.

Unless we move to Spring Branch.

Anywho, while I decide what Brownlee is going to do for the next year of update sheets, here’s the interview I had to drag out of her the other day.  Glad it’s short.

An interview with Addison (age 3) post

  1. She is truly a "mini Bre'". I wish I had journaled when you were small. The stories are so much alike. Lol!

  2. *cries laughing*at Uptown funk being her favorite song! Girl, get prepared, the older they get, the more opinionated they get. And half of the time, you can't even penalize them for just being…smart.

    1. we have to listen to the song almost every day coming home from daycare. she YouTube's the video on my phone lol.
      i'm just not ready for MORE opinions.
